Al Rehman Builders is a Construction business with a difference. The business is operated by Khawar Habib, its Chief Executive Officer, ably supported by Mohammad Saleem and Husnain Shahzad. The company started its business in 2009 and within a short span of 15 years has built super houses on 5, 10 marlas and 1, 2 kanal plots in Pakistan Town, PWD and Bahria Phase 1 to 8. The workforce comprise of qualified engineers and contractors in all fields.

The motto is transparency. It is never compromised. The clients are given all options ranging from labour rates, turn key projects and on fixed percentage basis. A special feature is the provision of videos and photographs of each and every stage of the development of the project. We have also built 4 to 6 storey plazas.

our services

house renovation

We undertake to provide complete indoor and outdoor color work of the house as per client's desire. The cost of labor and material will be borne by the client in addition to service fee at the rate of 15% of the total cost

architecture design

We undertake to assist the client in the preparation of the conceptual design as well as complete architecture and working drawings of the house. The cost will be payable to the consultant

material supply

If the house is built on a turn key mode we would supply all material with service fee at the rate of 15% of the total cost of the material used in the house

On a labour rate mode, the client is required to provide all material as and when needed

interior design

An interior design consultant will be provided with service fee varying from 10% to 15% of the total cost of the consultant

building maintenance

We will provide minor maintenance of the house for 3 years after its completion free of cost

construction pictures

On specific demand of client, we provide a step by step pictures of the entire construction process right from marking of the plot, demarcation of house layout, excavation, till the finishing of the house. For this service we charge from 5% to 15% of the total cost accrued on the different construction categories
